Prices are FOB St. Louis, MO. No sales tax is charged on out of state sales shipped by UPS or common carrier. We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard. Purchase orders are accepted from qualified institutions. Sales tax will be waived for qualified customers in the state of Missouri.

5. We have a factory trained technician available for kiln repairs.
6. We have a large stock of parts for repairs so we can fix it fast.
7. We have the Insight computer program to assist you in glaze and materials analysis.
8. We have extensive knowledge of electric kiln firing procedures and computer firing schedules and offer courses in this area on a regular basis.
